"To me, therapy is all about the authentic and subjective relationship between myself and my clients. It is key that this relationship is based on safety, trust, compassion and collaboration. I enjoy getting to know my clients and sharing with them my knowledge and experience. It is my hope to gently guide by providing a non-judgmental and supportive space."
"My experience as a Pilates, body movement and pain management teacher for over 9 years, allows me the unique ability to work somatically. I believe that healing includes both the mind and the body and the relationship between the two. The body stores valuable information that the conscious mind may not be entirely aware of. This includes personal trauma as well as systemic oppression. By exploring the capacity to feel within, self-agency and intentionality can be fostered. Bringing more presence and awareness to the body allows for the healing of past-trauma, restoring vitality, cultivating deeper self-trust and authenticity."
